I had the pleasure of getting Derrick and his team to install a 3 split sysytem for me. They are very profesional to deal with but also very friendly. The system was installed within the the dates agreed and in a timely manner. They were very clean and efficient when doing the work and very helpfull when we were trying to plan and decide where to put the units. I highly recommend them and I also hope to work with them again in the future

Couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. Arrived on time, completed the work in less time than estimated, and under the estimated price, Left everything clean and tidy. Derek was friendly and helpful and responded immediately when I thought I had a problem with the system, which I didn't (read the instruction book). Can thoroughly recommend them, if only all companies were this well run and professional.

We are delighted with our air con system and with Art of Air's service. We have a whole house Panasonic split system with 7 indoor units and two outdoor units. Derek and team were a pleasure to deal with. They were very helpful about the design and layout, answered all our questions honestly, were great about any changes we asked for, and paid attention to the aesthetics. The work was carried out considerately, as were were working from home during installation and they kept everything clean and tidy. They regularly consulted us to make sure we were happy with the finish and layout. We previously had electric storage heating. Air con was a more economical and less disruptive upgrade than a 'wet' radiator system. It works perfectly - heating and cooling spaces within minutes. A big plus is the cooling, as our house gets hot in Summer. Another big plus is the controls - we can control and schedule the system using Google Home. The two outdoor units are surprisingly tidy and the ducting work is high standard and looks well. The process was very quick (maybe a week or two?) between the consultation and installation and the team followed up with us to make sure we were happy with how it was working. Our system was installed in November 2020. In all, we are very satisfied. Would thoroughly recommend this product and Art of Air's excellent service.
